By Dean Straka, 247Sports: Nearly two decades have passed since retired NFL receiver Wes Welker last played under Mike Leach when the two were at Texas Tech University, but it would appear that Leach’s style while wearing street clothes hasn’t changed one bit since the two were last together in 2003. Such is the case, at least, judging by Welker’s reaction to Leach wearing cargo shorts in a recent photo of himself that the now-Mississippi State coach posted to Twitter.
