247Sports: With the Pac-12 Conference eyeing a potential return date in early November, ESPN College GameDay analyst Kirk Herbstreit has his doubts as it relates to the league’s College Football Playoff eligibility given the timeline of getting enough games in prior to the selection committee’s final rankings. Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott communicated this week to the CEO Group a six-week period of practices should be required before the start of a football season.
