By Jeff Borzello, ESPN: Class rankings in college basketball have long been reserved for high school recruiting, where we compare each program’s group of incoming college freshmen. But with the increased focus on the transfer portal and the majority of high-major programs opting for the older players over high school seniors, we’ve added transfer class rankings to the offseason rotation.
In certain ways, doing these is more difficult than for recruiting classes. First-year coaches are bringing in eight to 10 transfers.
