By Rob Mosley, goducks.com: Â Oregon’s hot shooting Sunday gave the Ducks a win over their rival, the win over their rival gave the UO men’s basketball team a five-game winning streak to close out the regular season, and that winning streak gave the Ducks their second straight Pac-12 Conference championship.
The Ducks went 15-of-23 from three-point range Sunday in Gill Coliseum to beat Oregon State, 80-67, avenging a loss to the Beavers earlier in the season. Four days after beating UCLA with first place in the conference on the line, the UO men clinched the Pac-12 title by beating OSU to finish percentage points ahead of USC in the standings.
