By Clint Buckley, Bruin Report Online: It’s been a couple weeks since the Baylor Bears celebrated on the floor at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis as national champions. Baylor was too much in the title game for unbeaten Gonzaga, which was looking to become the first undefeated champ since the 1976 Indiana team coached by the legendary Bob Knight.
But now that the 2020-21 season is in the rear view, the focus in college basketball has officially shifted to next season. And ESPN analyst Dick Vitale is excited about what the sport has to offer in the immediate future.
