247Sports: Arizona received its Notice of Allegations from the NCAA on Friday stemming from an investigation into the Wildcats’ men’s basketball program, but the university did not make those allegations public. Some observers expected Arizona to face charges of significant allegations that could affect the program long term.
Dick Vitale reacted to the news on Twitter and, citing a “reliable source,” wrote that there are Level I violations involved. Level I violations are the highest the NCAA can charge programs with.
