By Kaiden Smith, On3: Colorado took down rival Colorado State for the second straight season this weekend, defeating the Rams in a 28-9 win that was far less dramatic than last year’s double-overtime thriller. But nonetheless, the matchup was still filled to the brim with animosity between both teams.
Colorado State quarterback Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi and wide receiver Tory Horton grabbed headlines heading into Saturday’s game for their irreverent comments regarding the Colorado program and their close loss to the Buffaloes last season.
