By Brad Crawford, 247Sports: Thanks to a recent surge of recruiting momentum with a flood of transfers, first-year coach Mike Elko and Texas A&M have pushed Ole Miss out of the top spot for the No. 1 portal haul in the 2024 cycle.
Elko and staff had much ground to make up after the Aggies lost more than a dozen players to the portal following the coaching change and now, Texas A&M has re-established itself as a threat in the SEC next season with a premium talent overhaul.
