OregonLive: The Hayward Field makeover has been complete for more than seven months, a period in which the University of Oregon’s gleaming new track stadium has sat empty except as a practice facility for UO athletes.
Whether that changes in the coming months is about as clear as a foggy Willamette Valley evening.
