By Dean Straka, 247Sports: The Big 12 Conference is in serious discussions about the possibility of adding BYU, according to a report Friday by The Athletic’s Andy Staples and Max Olson.
The report comes one day after the Pac-12 Conference announced that it would not pursue expansion at this time, shutting the door on a possible route to explore for the eight Big 12 schools that are set to remain once Oklahoma and Texas leave for the Southeastern Conference.
