The 2024 recruiting class, headlined by a historic receiver crop, is on full display through six weeks. Teams like Alabama — now the nation’s No. 1 team after a 41-34 win over Georgia in which true freshmen starred — are seeing the benefits of talented 2024 cycle.
“(Nick) Saban‘s final goodbye present in retirement was Alabama’s 2024 class,” wrote 247Sports national college football writer Chris Hummer in Sunday’s edition of Overtime.
