By Brandon Jenkins, BuffStampede: UT-Arlington transfer guard Shahada Wellsentered the portal last week. Since then, the 6-foot guard who averaged nearly 17 points, three rebounds, and four assists per game has been pursued by a few high major programs.
“My experience in the portal has been a pretty good one,” says Wells. “I have been getting recruited by schools I never thought I would get recruited by in my lifetime. I am blessed to be in this position and prepared to do what I need to do at the school I choose.”
