Buff Stampede: With the one-time transfer rule likely to get passed by the NCAA later this month, a lot of player movement is expected across college football this off-season.
Colorado freshman receiver Brenden Rice does not plan to enter the transfer portal, but he almost gave Buff Nation a collective heart attack on New Year’s Day when he tweeted out “I am now transferring. Thank you for everything,” accompanied by the following graphic:
