BuffStampede: While it is challenging for a walk-on to make a big impact at the Power 5 level, Colorado has had many players step up despite not joining the program on scholarship.
Top tight end Brady Russell joined the herd as a walk-on, and there were 10 current walk-ons that saw action for the Buffaloes in 2020: C.J. Schmanski, Matt Lynch, Evan Price, Nico Magri, Curtis Appleton, Anthony Lyle, Nick Fisher, Derek Bedell, Travis Drosos and Mac Willis.
