Colorado AD Rick George points out travel as a major reason for move

By Jimmie Searfoss, BuffStampede: There were many reasons that led Colorado back to the Big 12, but one that was presented by Athletic Director Rick George, was the travel that would take place within the conference as opposed to the Pac-12.

“We’ve done our analysis and they’ll be traveling less in the Big 12, and playing in more favorable time slots, where we believe they can get greater national exposure and return to Boulder after away games at earlier times,” George said.
