By Brad Crawford, 247Sports: For the second consecutive season, college football is adopting several significant rules changes, many relating clock management and the expectation to lessen injuries along with expanding prospect student-athlete’s decision-making process in recruiting.
The most significant change in recruiting is the move to unlimited official visits for student-athletes (unless there’s a coaching change), which began on July 1.
