247Sports: College basketball reportedly has a start date in mind. According to Matt Norlander of CBS Sports, the season is on track for a Nov. 25 start date. He adds that it is not a done deal, but it is “likely” headed that way.
Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reported in early September that this was the start date the NCAA proposed. The NCAA will have to approve that date and will take a number of factors into consideration.
