By Matt Wadleigh, UCLA Wire: On Tuesday, new Ohio State offensive coordinator Chip Kelly spoke to reporters for the first time in Ohio State gear. After leaving UCLA for the Buckeyes OC job the UCLA Bruins hired DeShaun Foster as the new head coach.
