By David Woods, Bruin Report Online: It’s done. Chip Kelly, the 35-34 UCLA head coach who was heading into his seventh year this season, has opted to move on from UCLA. After a month of flirtation with a variety of teams, which cost UCLA chances with multiple coveted recruits, Kelly finally informed the team on Friday, during a team meeting, that he is done as UCLA’s head coach.
In his six years at UCLA, Kelly went 3-9, 4-8, 3-4, 8-4, 9-4, and 8-5.
