By Brandon Marcello, 247Sports: The College Football Playoff has settled on a revenue distribution plan for 2026 and beyond, but a decision on whether to expand the 12-team field to 14 teams may not come until after the 2024 season.
The nine FBS conferences and Notre Dame agreed Friday to a revenue distribution model for the CFP that favors the Big Ten and SEC financially through at least 2031.
