By Jackson Moore, Cardinal 247: The NCAA men’s basketball landscape has been busy with more than 10 power-conference jobs opening and many already filled before the Sweet 16 even gets started. And college hoops pundits are putting their stamp of approval on the hire made by the Stanford Cardinal.
Former Washington State head coach Kyle Smith was officially hired by Stanford on Monday and introduced on Wednesday. Smith led the Cougars to a 25-10 season and reached the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament as a No. 7 seed.
