OregonLive: The staggering ineptitude of Pac-12 Conference officiating had another sad spotlight moment last week, this time in front of an ESPN audience.
In the final minute on Friday, the officiating crew on the field in Corvallis for the Oregon State-Oregon football game missed an apparent touchdown, ignored an egregious offsides by the Ducks and appeared confused as to whether the Beavers used or didn’t use a timeout during a instant-replay sequence.
