The 6-foot-6, 220-pound signal-caller, rated the nation’s No. 53 overall prospect and No. 7 quarterback, will announce his commitment Wednesday at 4:45 p.m. ET/1:45 p.m. PT and is down to an all-Pac-12 final five of California, Oregon, Oregon State, Stanford, and Washington.
