By Matt Zemek, BYU Cougars Wire: BYU football has not leaned into the transfer portal. Kalani Sitake firmly believes in high school recruiting and internal player development from arrival until graduation. The Deseret News talked to offensive line coach TJ Woods to paint a picture about why BYU football recruiting is doing so well.
“‘It’s a powerful thing to go into these recruits’ homes and express how different BYU is and, in the same breath, be able to explain the football successes, too,’ Woods said.
