By Zack Armstrong, KTVB.com: The winningest quarterback in college football history is back in familiar territory. Boise State great Kellen Moore appeared on the ballot for the College Football Hall of Fame for the fourth-straight year Monday.
Moore has earned a spot on the national ballot each year since becoming eligible for the College Football Hall of Fame.
