By Shotgun Spratling, USCFootball.com: The NCAA transfer portal began really revving up Monday as several players made their intentions to enter the portal known now that the regular season is over.
The names of multiple starting quarterbacks and some impact skill players surfaced with several players entering into the portal immediately as graduate transfers. Many more names are expected to continue to flow into the NCAA transfer portal when the portal window officially opens to undergraduate transfers next Monday, Dec. 4.
