Inside MD Sports: There has been talk of whether the conference will reverse its decision, but for now the league is scheduled to play in spring 2021. Midwestern lawmakers recently got involved, however, as politicians from states across the Big Ten footprint sent a letter to the league requesting the return of football this fall.
The Big Ten released a statement on the letter, shared by ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg.
