By Robbie Weinstein, 247Sports: The Big Ten reportedly will need to find a new commissioner, as Kevin Warren is expected to leave for the Chicago Bears to take over as the team’s president and CEO, according to reports Thursday morning, including Ian Rapoport. Pete Thamel previously reported in December that Warren had emerged as a top candidate for the position.
Warren took over as Big Ten commissioner in January 2020 after serving as COO of the Minnesota Vikings from 2015 through 2019.
