By Matt Zemek, BYU Cougars on SI: The Big 12 Conference has a lot to consider. The Brendan Sorsby crisis at Texas Tech is easily the biggest challenge currently facing commissioner Brett Yormark and the other power brokers in the Big 12. Red Raiders Wire has news on what’s next for the conference:
“The trial date has been set for Texas Tech Red Raiders quarterback Brendan Sorsby, who will appear in the 99th District Court in Lubbock County, Texas, on Feb. 8, 2027, two weeks after the College Football Playoff National Championship is scheduled to be played at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
