By Ryan Clarke, The Oregonian/OregonLive: Oregon State football has its first departure in the transfer portal since the end of spring practices.
Wide receiver Montrel Hatten Jr. entered the portal on Thursday. Hatten spent two seasons at OSU including one redshirt year. He appeared in one game in 2023, against Notre Dame in the Sun Bowl, but did not make an appearance in 2024 as primarily a scout team player for the Beavers.
