By Carter Bahns, BeaverBlitz: A 14-point loss on the road at California last weekend seems to have been a wakeup call for the Oregon State defense.
The unit allowed 39 points to a Golden Bear team that had not reached that point total against any other FBS opponent this season, and for the Beavers, it was the most they had allowed in a game all year.
