By Steve Bartle, UteZone: After a challenging 2023 campaign, where injuries derailed a season of promise and led to frustration for the program, an energized 64-year old Kyle Whittingham will lead the Utes into a new conference for the 2024 season.
Despite all the challenges –namely what seemed to be a costly new injury every week– Whittingham and his coaching staff still guided the Utes to an 8-5 season, while keeping conference title hopes alive into November.
