By Kevin Borba, All Utes: In what was yet another win in Salt Lake City for the Utah Utes, there seemed to be a bit of controversy near the end of the game.
With No. 18 Utah well ahead of the Arizona State Sun Devils late in the fourth quarter, the Utes handed the ball off to reserve running back Charlie Vincent on fourth down.
