ASU right tackle Emmit Bohle out for season in latest blow to OL

By Jake Seymour, Sun Devil Source: Starting senior right tackle Emmit Bohle will miss the rest of the season with a lower leg injury suffered in the first drive of Arizona State’s 27-15 loss to Oklahoma State on Saturday, according to ASU head coach Kenny Dillingham.

Bohle, who left the field on a cart with an air cast on his lower left leg and will be out several months, was replaced by sophomore Max Iheanachor, a junior college transfer who opened preseason camp as the team’s ninth lineman in the rotation.

Starting right tackle Emmit Bohle suffered a lower leg injury against the Cowboys and will be out for the season. Bohle became the latest offensive lineman to suffer an injury, as the unit has six of its top linemen either out or playing through injuries.
