By Arizona Sports: Pinnacle High School product Spencer Rattler announced Monday he would enter the transfer portal and depart the Oklahoma Sooners, and that news caught the attention of more than a few Arizonans.
Both Power 5 schools in the state could be interested in acquiring the services of the Phoenix-raised quarterback.
