By Wade Peery, On3 Sports: Arizona transfer shooting guard KJ Lewis has officially committed to Georgetown, On3’s Joe Tipton learned on Sunday night. Lewis is one of the best two-way guards in the transfer portal and averaged 10.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game this year for the Wildcats.
Lewis spent two seasons at Arizona and took on a bigger role as a sophomore in 2024-25. He appeared in 37 games and made six starts as the Wildcats made a run to the Sweet Sixteen of the 2025 NCAA Tournament.
Lewis turned in one of his biggest games as a sophomore in one of Arizona’s biggest games of the year. He dropped 21 points as the Wildcats used a strong offensive attack to defeat rival Arizona State in the penultimate game of the regular season.
