Sun Devil Source: Former Arizona State tight end Nolan Matthews didn’t take long to announce his transfer to SMU after entering the NCAA Transfer Portal on Nov. 19. A Frisco (Tex.) Reedy product, Matthews announced the news on Twitter that he’s returning to the Lone Star State.
Matthews played in the Sun Devils’ season debut against USC, but their campaign has since been paused due to a COVID-19 outbreak.
