By Blake Brockermeyer, CBS Sports: We made it! The 2024 college football season is finally upon, with Week 0’s slate kicking off Saturday with No. 10 Florida State vs. Georgia Tech in Ireland. In the springtime, I ranked my top 101 players in college football and then the next cut of second-tier stars. Now I’ve combined them into a full top 151. My list does not include freshmen, but we’ll have you covered on that front this week.
Before we get to the list, here’s a quick primer of new entries, who moved up, who moved down and who dropped out because of injury.
