By Brandon Jenkins, 247Sports: Modesto (Calif.) Christian guard Jamari Phillips is known as one of the best shooters in the rising junior class. However, gearing for summer events, Phillips says he is working on diversifying his game by improving his ability to make plays for those around him.
“I have been working on how to play in pick and roll situations,” Phillips said. “I have been looking at how facilitate off ball screens to get my teammates involved and get them going while also looking for my own shot.”
