By Matt Connolly, On3 Sports: Former Washington running back Tybo Rogers has been arrested and charged with second-degree rape and third-degree rape for two separate incidents, according to multiple reports, including one from Christian Caple.
Rogers was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting two different females — one in October and one in November.
