California has always been known for producing high-level quarterbacks. No state has produced more NFL Draft picks or Super Bowl winners than the Golden State and just two years ago, the top three quarterbacks in the Top247 were all from California, Bryce Young (Alabama), DJ Uiagalelei (Clemson) and CJ Stroud (Ohio State).
