By Matt Howe, 247Sports: On Friday, Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott released a statement regarding the College Football Playoff’s proposal to change the format of the postseason. Although Scott has no problem with expanding the playoff to 12 teams, he does have a problem with the committee proposing that no conference would qualify automatically for the new playoff.
