By Zachary Neel, On3 Sports: The Oregon Ducks are among the leaders in the recruitment for 5-star offensive tackle Jackson Cantwell, but the 6-foot-7, 300 pound prospect made a surprising announcement on Wednesday that clouded the future picture for Dan Lanning and his team.
Originally, Cantwell was scheduled to take his official visit to Oregon this weekend for the spring game, and then announce his commitment between the Ducks, Georgia Bulldogs, Ohio State Buckeyes, and Miami Hurricanes next week on April 30.
While he still plans to be in Eugene this weekend, the rest of the schedule has been altered.
