By Chris Trevino, USCFootball.com: USC football executed another impressive commitment flip Friday, securing a commitment from long-time North Carolina pledge and four-star Gainesville (Ga.) 2025 offensive lineman Alex Payne.
Payne is the third major commitment to come from USC’s recruiting weekend against Nebraska along with five-star Corona (Calif.) Centennial quarterback Husan Longstreet and three-star Jenks (Okla.) defensive lineman Cash Jacobsen.
