By Chris Karpman, SunDevil Source: Phoenix Mountain Pointe High School safety Rylon Dillard-Allen became the highest-ranked in-state commitment for Arizona State since 2017 when he announced his pledge to the program following a weekend official visit.
Dillard-Allen, the No. 4 prospect in Arizona’s 2025 class, is the No. 40 safety and No. 478 overall recruit in the class on the 247Sports Composite.
