CougFan: Jayhvion Gipson, a three-star outside linebacker prospect from Langham Creek High School in Houston, announced his decommitment Monday afternoon from Washington State.
The 6-foot-1, 205-pound Gipson originally committed July 10 to Washington State. He addressed his decision on Twitter.
