UteZone: Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA) cornerback Elisha Lloyd has announced his commitment to Kyle Whittingham’s Utah football program. One of the top uncommitted targets out west after he decommitted from the Washington State Cougars, Lloyd essentially flipped his commitment to the Utes. He becomes the 15th commit of the class for Utah.
He announced his commitment via Twitter.
