By Brad Crawford, 247Sports: The college football transfer portal’s spring window closes next week and there are several highly-rated players who remain uncommitted according to 247Sports’ transfer rankings.
The portal will reopen for two weeks in May. For now, the 11 best available players include three quarterbacks, a couple wide receivers and several defenders in the trenches.
