By Brad Crawford, 247Sports: College football’s brief summer offseason is upon us, an ideal time for projections, predictions and trying to determine how the upcoming 2021 season may unfold. We expect to see the preseason Associated Press Top 25 poll surface around the middle of August, a few weeks after voters have gotten a chance to dive into practice reports, sifted through rosters and heard from coaches across media tours to take their seat on the hype train.
