Midseason grades are in for the top Power 5 quarterbacks in college football and we've reranked each of the starters, Nos. 1 through 69, as promised. The No. 1 spot is a multi-man battle that will continue to rage throughout the fall, while the rest of the list gets murky as benchings and injuries ramp up.
